If you have received an error message stating "Clock Tamper Detection" followed by a message stating that "None of the
Available Modules Are Registered" or if you see "Error 492", you will need to download and run the executable file
attached below in order to clear the system of these errors.
First, Close SurvPC.
Confirm that you have administrative rights to the unit on which you will be running the executable.
Run the executable.
