Carlson Survey office software does not contain support for the Topcon *.TP3 project file because it's a Topcon proprietary format.

We can handle the Topcon *.LN3 linework file under File / Polyline File / Write or Draw Polyline File.

There is support for the Topcon *.TN3 surface file under Surface → Import/Export → Topcon Surface Data.

And for Alignments we can Export a Topcon RD3 under Centerline Conversions and Profile Conversions.
