To get a GPS position on the Magellan Mobile Mapper 6: 1) In windows tap Settings / System / External GPS 2) Set the "GPS Program Port" to COM1 3) Set the GPS Hardware Port to "(none)" = then click ok 4) Open up SurvCE or FastSurvey and select "NMEA GPS" as the Manufacturer in GPS Rover and set the Comms tab to Com1 with a baud rate of 9600 |
