Some of the legacy third-party components used by external conversions are no longer maintained and in turn depend on
legacy Microsoft components (DLLs). 

The compliance with the common security practices precludes us from distributing these components with Carlson install.


However, if you depend on these tools and you do not have another alternative, you may decide to install the
dependencies yourself in order to use them.
