Please try the following solution: After having installed the Carlson program, please close it. Click on the link to download and run the exe "as Adminstrator." ? It may open an close a DOS window, or it may appear to have done nothing. However, it is working "in the background". Now, restart your Carlson program. Please let us know if this has not resolved the issue.? | ||
