This is in regards to using a Surveyor+ data collector with the Parani SD100U/SD1000 long-range bluetooth (Parani LR-BT) radios with SurvCE 2.62 or higher.
***Please Note: the instructions include the settings necessary for using the Parani with our Carlson CR2 or Carlson CR5 Robotic instruments

1) Download and Install SurvCE version 2.62 or higher into your Surveyor+ data collector
2) Make sure to run SurvCE at least one time before connecting the Parani USB radio
3) After running SurvCE - plug the USB radio in to the top of the Data Collector
4) A dialog will prompt for the name of the device driver. Type in "ftdi_ser.dll" without the quotes and tap OK
