Problem: When attempting to launch the data transfer routine within the Carlson 2010 software, the program fails to launch the SurvCom (data transfer) program; displaying only "datacolt" on the commandline. Solution: Save this file into the following folder on the workstation: C:\WINDOWS\system32. Once the file is placed into this folder, you will be able to launch the SurvCom routine successfully. |
