You will receive this error message, when your computer is missing the driver for the Hardware Lock, protecting your
Carlson product.
The driver must be installed on the workstation, in order for the computer to recognize the the Hardware Lock, and grant
full access to the program. The current driver, 7.7.1 is compatible with Windows 11.
***Please Note: The "Hardware Lock" is also referred to as a "USB Dongle"
Install the driver attached at the bottom of this article to solve this problem.
