When you contact either of these Service Centers, please have the following available for your Carlson Explorer Repair:
1) The Serial Number of the hardware. It is on the back of the unit and starts with HH.
2) A full and detailed description of the problem.
3) The complete address, telephone number and contact name of the shipping party. The unit will be returned to this
