During the install if you encounter error loading ".dcl" files and when the install is finished loading it will also
cause SurvCadd to open up with a few errors as well, a possible cause is listed Below:

AutoDesk Map or LDD will not install correctly if a user does not have a My Documents folder 
with a My Pictures folder installed -or- if the My Documents folder is not in the default Windows user profile location
(under Documents and Settings)
