Any Carlson standalone product based on 2002 engine is crashing on startup with a message that the program has performed an illegal operation.
CAUSE:
There is a known conflict between Norton Antivirus (NAV) 2003 (and later revisions of 2002 to our knowledge) and AutoCAD 2002 engine.
RESOLUTION:
Autodesk has provided an updated file, attached at a bottom of this article to resolve this issue. Please extract the file into C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared, it will replace existing file there, so answer 'Yes' to overwrite question.
