Title: BRx6 and Brx6+ Antenna Height Measurement
| ||
When measuring the height of the Base, select "Slant" as the measurement method. Measure to the center of one of the two rubber Ears that stick out of the top part of the BRx5 base receiver. When measuring the height of the Rover, select the "Vertical" method. Measure to the bottom of BRx6 base receiver. In the attached image both the vertical and slant measuring points are noted. The bottom of the blue cap is the "Slant Measure Mark", where you measure to on the GPS Base when selecting "Slant" in SurvCE in the Receiver tab. The bottom of the collar is where you would measure the Rover pole height (usually 6.562 feet) and set SurvCE in the Receiver tab to "Vertical".
