You will need to convert your Topcon .TN3 to a .TIN file, to work with SurvCE/PC.
- Go to the Surface drop-down, in your Carlson desktop software.
- Click on Import/Export Surface Data.
- Select Import Topcon TN3.
- Browse to, and open, your TN3 file.
- Name the .TIN, which you will be creating from the TN3.
