If you are the owner and end user of the RT3, you can re-assign the bottom hardware Programmable (P1, P2, and P3) keys
to perform custom functions.
The most basic method to change the functions of these keys is using our custom built-in "Keypad Settings" (Keypad
Buttons and Backlight) utility. This can be found in the Start menu, as a bottom-right tile icon on the Start screen, or
possibly as a default desktop shortcut (when Tablet mode is disabled).
