This is in regards to your Surveyor2 data collector in regards to the keyboard that isn't responding. Download the linked file CarlsonSurveyor2.CAB and copy it to the \My Documents\ folder on the Surveyor2. Then, navigate to this file and run it in the data collector and follow the prompts if it wants you to reset or reboot. The keyboard should be working properly now. |
