Carlson Software's EULA grants you the following rights with ONLY Non-Network Software:

You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any prior version for the same operating system, on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer.

Networked Software requires access to a license file from a server. If you wish to install and run the software on a home computer, you will need to use a VPN (Virtual Private Network, which provides you with remote access to your company's server), or you will need to "check out" a license to the remote computer.
