SYMTOM: New user tries to run SurvCADD (version XML or newer) and all he sees is AutoCAD menu.
CAUSE: During SurvCADD startup a new AutoCAD profile is created by copying a default profile and adjusting it to
SurvCADD. Problem is that for new user there is no default AutoCAD profile if AutoCAD has not been called yet.
SOLUTION:
1. Start SurvCADD.
2. Type 'options' on command line.
3. Press Enter.
4. Click on Profiles tab (last one)
5. Double click on "Unnamed Profile"
6. Highlight SurvCADD profile and click Delete button. Confirm.
7. Click Ok to close dialog and exit AutoCAD.
8. Start SurvCADD again.
This will re-create profile and should fix the problem.
