Title: How do I re-boot my JettCE or Explorer.

My JettCE or Explorer has an hour glass stuck on the screen.

Solution:  The JettCe and Explorer may need to by re-booted if a system lockup occurs.  

To do this:

DO NOT REMOVE THE BATTERY TO REBOOT THE COLLECTOR!!!

1.  Turn the device on.
2.  Press and hold the ON/Off key for 8 seconds.
    The screen will go blank and fade away.
3.  Release the On/Off key.  Then tap it once, (Like you were turning it on)
4.  A white screen will be displayed.  Words will appear stating "Booting from System Socket"
5.  Allow the device to complete the re-boot and the WinCE screen will re-appear.
6.  Depending on how the device locked up, you may need to repeat this process.
