JettCE/EXP. I & II
To resolve the screen shaking problem on the JettCE data collection goto Start->Settings->Control Panel->VComAdj.  Inside this utility there is a slider bar.  While you are experiencing the shaking, move the slider SLIGHTLY left or right until the shaking stops.  Moving the slider all the way left or right will most likely not resolve the problem.

Navigate to the following
My Computer
Windows folder- Go to View and then options.
Uncheck the ALL of the boxes.  This will allow for system files to be viewed.
When you scroll down through the list of files you will see a program called, "VCommAdjust.exe"
Enter this program and move the slider until the shaking stops.
