There is the issue in some configurations leading to mouse wheel not working in Carlson+IntelliCAD. It is may be caused
by mouse driver (Logitech) or some 3rd party software (or malware).
This may be fixed by installing following 3rd party tool: KatMouse. Just install
it and keep it running in background.
