To connect your Surveyor 2 to your PC, you will need to first disable the Advanced Functionality setting in the data collector.
- Exit SurvCE, by going to the File tab and selecting Exit.
- Tap on the Settings icon.
- Tap the Connections icon.
- Select the "USB to PC" icon.
- Uncheck the "Enable advanced network functionality" check box. Then, tap OK.
Now, connect the USB to the data collector and PC. Your PC will, likely, install drivers to facilitate the communication. Please follow the instructions attached below to complete your DC to PC connection.
