Monday, April 8
Grade Supervisor: 9-10:30AM
This session will provide a general tour for the latest version of Carlson’s Grade Supervisor, a construction controller providing grade & surface management, volume calculations with graphics and PDF reporting, slope design, flat pad design, collect/stake points and other functions used daily by construction, landfill and site managers. We will also discuss how Grade Supervisor interfaces to Carlson’s desktop software and Fleet Manager.

LandfillGrade: !0:45AM-12:15PMUse Carlson Landfill Grade for an efficient landfill
This session will discuss the scalable components that make up our Landfill Grade Management system. These include Landfill Grade for machines discussing slope design, pass counts, deflection monitoring, daily grids and more. Also we will discuss Grade Supervisors role on a Landfill as an individual tool or part of an integrated system. We will discuss Heartbeat and Fleet Manager Office briefly and their role in productivity analysis, historical playback, reporting and remote monitoring.

Carlson Grade Basic Features: 1:30-3PM
In this session, we will tour the user interface of the latest version of Carlson Grade. We will discuss basic features such as supported file types, collect/stake points, cut/fill surface management and GNSS receiver support.

Carlson Grade Advanced Features: 3:15-4:45PM
In this session, we delve deeper into the advanced features of the latest version of Carlson Grade. These include real time grids, pick a guideline, tasks and delays, NTRIP, Heartbeat Connectivity and Marrying Machines.

Tuesday, April 9
Fleet Manager Office – Site Connectivity: 8:30-10AM
Fleet Manager Office, Heartbeat Server and ProTools will be discussed. User credentials, configuration, defining perspectives, sites, and fleets as well as monitor and two way file transfer will be covered.

DrillGrade™: 10:30AM-12PM
This session will provide a general tour for Drill Grade, Carlson Machine Control’s 3D drill software, which provides all-weather assistance with drilling and blasting for both mining and construction applications for all aspects of drilling and blasting.

Carlson Machine Control Hardware: 1:15-2:45PM

TruckPro™ Material Management: 3:15-4:45PM
Carlson’s new TruckPro GS will be discussed including function, setup and site connectivity via Heartbeat Server to Fleet Manager Office. Plus, this class will give a sneak peek at what’s coming up for Carlson Machine Control

Wednesday, April 10
ExcavatorGrade™ – Mining and Dredging: 8:30-10AM
ExcavatorGrade™ is our new 3D machine control system providing guidance for excavator type machines. ExcavatorGrade™ can be configured for mining shovels, long reach excavator for dredging, cable cranes and more. This class will cover the mining and dredging application centric features. ExcavatorGrade™ now supports line riders, flow meters and various encoders facilitating guidance for many more applications. Multiple attachments are also supported including finger grabbers with real-time graphics for open and close. We will also cover the new “dramatically” improved calibration routine.
