Things to Do in Cincinnati:

  1. BB Riverboat Dinner Cruise and/or Sightseeing Cruise – – lunch, dinner and sightseeing tours!Take a riverboat cruise
  2. Hofbrauhaus Newport – great food and German music – accessible by taxi or Southbank Trolley ($1.00 each way) –
  3. The Banks area in Downtown Cincinnati – – this new area is located between the National Underground Freedom Center and the Great American Ball Park – and, it has varied options for dining!
  4. Horseshoe Casino – Opening on March 4! The casino is located approximately (8) blocks from the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel and it is within walking distance. Of course taxi’s are also available. Shuttle bus information has not been released to us yet and this might be an option.
  5. Cincinnati Reds Great American BallparkCincinnati Reds RedsScriptversus the Washington Nationals – Great American Ball Park (within walking distance of the Hilton) – Saturday, April 6 at 7:10 PM; and, again, on Sunday, April 7 at 1:10 PM. Aronoff Center for the Arts – Walnut Street (between 5th & 6th Streets) – within walking distance of the Hilton – Saturday, April 6 – 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM; and, Sunday, April 7 at 1:00 PM and at 6:30 PM – “War Horse” – A remarkable tale of courage, loyalty and friendship. This powerfully moving and imaginative drama, filled with stirring music and songs, is a show of phenomenal inventiveness that is currently playing to packed houses in London and in New York.
