Carlson College's lead Instructors are licensed professionals in their fields who also teach at various colleges around the country such as George Mason University and local Community Colleges. They have many years of experience in practicing Civil Engineering, Surveying, Construction and Mining and this includes Project Management, Quality Control and "Constructability" in every class they teach. Machine Control - Certified Machine Control Experts

Carlson College offers the country’s most intense classes on 3D Modeling and Data Preparation. With the advent of new laws sweeping the nation now requiring Engineers and Surveyors to be in Responsible charge of the data prep occurring for 3D/GPS Machine Control, our courses have never been more important or timely. We are one of the first companies in the country to obtain certification in Machine Control.

We have many years of experience in converting 2D hardcopy data into Machine Control language suitable for direct uploading to GPS controlled Machine Controlled Excavation Equipment and will teach you our tips and tricks.

Our experiences include Digital File Preparation for machine control applications such as Topcon's TopSite, Trimble's Sitevision and we handle Site files, Roadway files and all construction stakeout files. We also teach how to perform Quantity Take-offs, determinations and earthwork computations.

Our training includes consulting on machine control use, troubleshooting, earthwork disputes and construction problems.
OutSource's Professionals provide lectures throughout the country on Machine Control and Equipment Automation. Our latest contracted engagements have been in Florida and Las Vegas at various conventions, dealer conferences and continuing education seminars.

Visualizations

Our experts have been producing Visualizations for over 20 years for a variety of purposes, usually all in 3D. Our Computer Renderings, and Animations have been seen on television news, in magazines, public hearings and in courtroom trials. In most cases, we develop the content in 3 Dimensions, develop customized materials, generate strategic viewpoints, develop storyboards and process. We show you how to accomplish this in our classes.

There are Two items that set OutSource apart from others. They are:

1) Our Visualizations are mathematically and technically correct - Fit to stand the scrutiny of a courtroom's evaluation and,

2) We also perform Post-Production Video Editing to add in Transitions, Background music, Narrations and Audio.
