Carlson Software’s new SS2400T Radio says “Let’s talk!” to the Topcon 900/9000 Total Station.
Together with the Carlson Explorer 600+, the Carlson SS2400T provides the only keyboard-based data collector and radio system that “talks” specifically to the internal radio of the Topcon 900/9000 series Total Station.
 The radio comes with 2.4GHz Spread Spectrum and integrates directly to the Explorer 600+, a powerful, ruggedized mobile hand-held computer, which comes standard with WiFi and Bluetooth.
“This means no need to carry around a rover radio to communicate with your Topcon 900/9000 Total Station,” says Dustin Kerr, Carlson Software design engineer, “and it gives surveyors the convenience of a keyboard to make it easier to control the total station.”
