Monday, November 8
8-9:45AM/Grade Supervisor/Randy Noland --
This session will provide a general tour for the latest version of Carlson's Grade Supervisor. Grade Supervisor is a construction controller providing grade & surface management, volume calculations with graphics and PDF reporting, slope design, flat pad design, collect/stake points and other functions used daily by construction, landfill and site managers. We will also discuss how Grade Supervisor interfaces to Carlson's desktop software and Fleet Manager.
10:15AM-Noon/Carlson Landfill Grade GPS Management System/Dave Jordan --
This session will discuss the scalable components that make up our Landfill Grade Management system. These include Landfill Grade for machines discussing slope design, pass counts, deflection monitoring, daily grids and more. Also we will discuss Grade Supervisors role on a Landfill as an individual tool or part of an integrated system. We will discuss Heartbeat and Fleet Manager Office briefly and their role in productivity analysis, historical playback, reporting and remote monitoring.
1-2:45PM/Carlson Grade-Basics/Randy Noland --
In this session, we will tour the user interface of the latest version of Carlson Grade. We will discuss basic features such as supported file types, collect/stake points, cut/fill surface management and GNSS receiver support.
3:15-5PM/Carlson Grade-Advanced/Dave Jordan --
In this session, we delve deeper into the advanced features of the latest version of Carlson Grade. These include real time grids, pick a guideline, tasks and delays, NTRIP, Heartbeat Connectivity and Marrying Machines.
Tuesday, November 9
8-9:45AM/Site Connectivity & Fleet Manager Office/Josh Weber -- Fleet Manager Office 2010, Heartbeat Server and ProTools will be discussed. User credentials, configuration, defining perspectives, sites, and fleets as well as monitor and two way file transfer will be covered.
10:15AM-Noon/Drill Grade - 3D Drilling/Dave Jordan -- This session will provide a general tour for Drill Grade, Carlson Machine Control's 3D drill software, which provides all-weather assistance with drilling and blasting for both mining and construction applications for all aspects of drilling and blasting.
1-2:45PM/Carlson Machine Control Hardware Overview/Randy Noland -- Learn more about equipment designed exclusively for use with Carlson Machine Control in conjunction with top world manufacturers.
3:15-5PM/TruckPro GS (haul trucks, wheel loaders, material management) + Sneak Peek/Paul Christopherson --
Carlson's new TruckPro GS will be discussed including function, setup and site connectivity via Heartbeat Server to Fleet Manager Office. Plus, this class will give a sneak peek at what's coming up for Carlson Machine Control.
